WHY Monday Morning Dentistry?
After attending countless events, conferences and courses, I grew tired of dental efficiency seminars and profitability programs that simply lacked actionable steps to success. I always said, if I ever do anything educational like that, it has to be easily implementable.
In 2014, I started Monday Morning Dentistry (MMD) creating programs out of my own best practices and experience.
My goal is to offer continuing education specializing in training that can be taken back to the office and put into practice immediately, ie. Monday Morning!
BIO
Dr. Aaron Nicholas is a seasoned dentist and international speaker with over 37 years of clinical experience. A 1987 graduate of the University of Maryland Dental School, he has been serving patients at Nicholas Dental Care for over three decades.
Recently, Dr. Nicholas was inducted as a Fellow into the International College of Dentists in recognition of his extensive contributions to dental missions and humanitarian efforts.

Beyond his practice, Dr. Nicholas is passionate about educating and mentoring other dentists. He founded Monday Morning Dentistry, the Smile Protection Dental Plan, and The Dental Assistant School of Maryland. He is a faculty member and Blackbelt coach for Dental Success Companies and serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Dental School.
Dr. Nicholas has created several well-known courses, including The One Hour Molar Root Canal, Buildup and Crown, the 90-Day Clinical Accelerator, and Efficient Surgical Extractions for General Dentists. These in-person and online courses (including others on Anesthesia and Efficiency in Hygiene) are designed to help general dentists advance in their careers.
For the past 37 years, Dr. Nicholas has been deeply involved in the Dominican Republic Dental Mission Project, having traveled over 29 times to provide care to underserved communities. He now serves on the committee overseeing this mission. He also sits on the board of Smile Outreach International, furthering his commitment to providing dental care worldwide.
SHARING THE KNOWLEDGE
Dr. Nicholas is a passionate speaker and makes frequent appearances to different dental seminars worldwide. He generously gives his knowledge to his audience and makes sure they walk away with actionable steps every single time.
He frequently shares his insights on popular dental podcasts such as The Dentalpreneur, The Relentless Dentist, Dental Practice Heroes, The Dental Lighthouse, and more.
In addition to his instructional videos, he has also written countless articles including various dental topics like clinical efficiency, profitability, tips and tricks, and much more.
Teaching, sharing and connecting is his way of giving back to his dental community.
