Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms (the “Agreement”). Monday Morning Dentistry recommends that children use the Internet under adult supervision.

No right, title, or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions:
We welcome your feedback on the Site. Product Availability & Pricing:
In some cases, courses at the Site may be unavailable, either temporarily due to availability if they have been filled or have not been scheduled. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Monday Morning Dentistry has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any course listed at the incorrect price. Monday Morning Dentistry shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such registration whether or not it has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your registration is canceled, Monday Morning Dentistry shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Fulfillment:
Individuals who purchase online courses will receive an email with immediate access and login information. Individuals who purchase tickets to an in-person meeting will receive access to the live lecture at the time and location listed on event registration.
Cancelations and Refunds:
Full refunds for all online courses will be provided within 14 days of purchase and after a written request is submitted to [email protected].
Full refunds for all hands-on courses will be granted if cancelation of attendance is requested in writing to [email protected] no less than 14 days BEFORE course start dates.
In the event that Monday Morning Dentistry must cancel an event or deny access to an online course, a full refund will be granted to purchasers.
No refunds will be granted outside of these parameters.
Links to Other Websites and Services:
To the extent that this Site contains links to outside services and resources, the availability and content of which Monday Morning Dentistry does not control, any concerns regarding any such service or resource, or any link thereto, should be directed to the particular outside service or resource. Monday Morning Dentistry makes no representation or warranty that any web site links contain suitable, appropriate materials.
